I think this is excellent for the price. It isn't overly sturdy but that was a benefit to me. It's very lightweight and can be easily moved. We actually had enough storage to use in 2 closets! Held my daughters shoes and my women's 9.5 shoes just fine. You can adjust the bars to hold heeled shoes or leave them level to hold sneakers and sandals and casual shoes. Each shelf snaps together very securely so I don't worry about it tipping. A great item at a great price point!

The picture is a bit misleading this thing is made out of mostly plastic. PROs It does hold a lot of shoes. It serves it's purpose. Each segment snaps together, you can customize it to the height that suits you. The bars have two adjustments. CONs The racks bow when I put work boots on them. The racks are to close together, makes it hard to fit/see some shoes. It's made of mostly flimsy plastic. This product is good as long as it's going to be out of the way and no one bumps into it, might be perfect for a closet.

I purchased this for my daughter and for the price I paid it's a good value. It was a little hard putting together because the rods kept slipping out until we had it all snapped together. Other than that it was quick to put together and holds all of her shoes with room left over. It's very light weight and fits very good in her closet. It does look exactly like pictured. Again, good deal for the cost.

Unfortunately, this shoe rack will not stand very well with my shoes on it. I do not have room to set up two racks. I use the taller configuration. Also, my unit rests on carpet. I don't think it was designed to stand solidly on carpet. It seems as though the quality of products are just not very good any longer.

I was disappointed in the shoe rack. I was never able to get the rack completely put together, between the cracks and other damages done during shipping and the flimsy materials used to make it with it didnot stand a chance. But like a real trooper I made several attempts to put my new shoe rack together. But lo and behold I finally gave up because it kept falling apart so i stuffed it back in the box it came in and it is now standing in the corner until I can figure out what to do with it. I think this rack is a total waste of good money.
