  I have had the same knife set for as long as I can remember.... I ordered these because they were a great deal. Amazing the difference! So excited to have great knives that cut so nicely. I cut chicken tonight and it was like cutting through butter.

  The knives are sharp BUT the handles are very sm...all. Instead of it resting in the palm of your hand you have to use your fingers to hold the handle.
