I ordered a pair of LG Tones advertised as **New In Box**. Upon opening the box, you could smell sweat and body spray that had rubbed off on them while in use. Upon inspection of the product, I found that they were heavily scratched and looked absolutely awful. There were dings everywhere and the corners show these had to have been dropped on concrete many times. There was even gunk in the earbud from the original user. How gross! If I had to guess, I'd say these things have at least 6 months to a year of heavy use on them already. This is advertised as **New In Box** It is NOT!!! Not even close!!!

This headset was truly a great buy. They are very comfortable to wear even though they are larger than all of the previous models. The sound is the best feature, the highs, mids, and the lows really boom. Large function buttons makes it easier to adjust the volume and change tracks. The earbuds are smaller on the platinum model and the press of a button retracts them. after you're through listening.
