Pros: + Great value at <10 dollars + Action is not mushy and has positive click and feel + Action is audible, but not loud Neutral: ~ I like black keyboards, but be aware that this can make it more difficult to see the keys in dark environments. This might matter to those that need to look at the keys as they type. This effect is made worse by the tight grouping (see Cons). Cons: - Action is slightly loose, but not bad for the price. - Key groups are not spaced apart in order to make keyboard slightly smaller, which makes it more difficult to locate them without looking. Tip: learn to use the blank space above the arrow keys to locate the surrounding groups. Overall, this is a great basic keyboard and I got mine with free shipping for less than it would cost me to simply ship a package this size. Is it the best keyboard on the market? No, but it's unbeatable at single-digit prices.Read full review

It's an inexpensive keyboard but does the trick. Keys are small so it's tight and may not be good for people with large fingers. The legs to prop it up from the back are too short for my liking and the keys are slated too far forward. It has all the usual functions you expect with about any keyboard. Keys have to be pressed a little more directly compared to higher quality keyboards. I've used better and may replace it down the road but for the price and for right now, it'll work.

This one = regular keyboard - number key pad. The key sizes and the layout is 99% a regular desktop keyboard. Well built. Well designed. Feels solid, not cheap. Key "touches" feel good. Minor negative: DELETE key in unusual place for my taste. It is MICRO-USB cord, not regular USB. Need to get a USB-MicroUSB adapter. No big deal. That's why 4 instead of 5 stars. I bought this to be used with my laptop computer, so that I could locate the computer in certain spot on my messy desk a bit further away from me while typing. After 1+ week, of use, extremely good value.

I purchased the HP 1500 keyboard to solve a problem with my left hand. I cannot use the flush key boards due to a disability that causes me to make errors by adding letters to my script. The HP 1500 has raised keys that require more vertical motion than the flat keyboards. This allows me to greatly reduce errors. The board has a great feel, though noisier than the flat boards. The board is lightweight to the point of feeling "cheap" but once installed it looks and feels solid. I recommend this keyboard to anyone with a mild disability of the hands.

I just got this today and first thing I took note of was packaging. It was in a nice box and upon opening it, I was ecstatic to see that nothing was broken. I have to get used to typing on this keyboard because the keys feel a little weird on my fingers (I usually use keyboards that aren't jutting out). But overall, a nice product and was worth my money. I'm going to update my review later down the line if I notice any issues.
