Taking this cleanse was a start of things that I planned on doing since last year. During the times taking Acai Cleanse it was actually been helpful. I did expect to visit the bathroom a whole lot more though, but at the time when I did, it was easy flowing, no more constipation. We took it for about 3 weeks on and off. We would skip some days because it did state not to take for more than 7days straight. Within that period my girlfiend lost 2" off her waist and I did notice a bit more regualrity and felt lighter. The gut went down a lot and the pain my lower intestinal area wasn't there as much. overall taking Acai Cleanse helped us out with getting rid of some of this waste and toxic buildup we had lingering around but I need something a bit stronger.
Using this product did not give me any ill effects at all. I did seem to lose 3 lbs while I was using it for a week, but the weight came back after I stopped using it for the prescribed week-long time period. I am going to try it again since it's now been at least a month since my last attempt. Hopefully, I will get some good results and make some headway. I don't seem to be getting any results from the Garcinia Cambogia, either. I am wondering if it truly works and what all the hype is about. Alli worked well for me, but it has gone out of sight pricewise and I just won't pay that kind of money for it.
It works as described. But I have to take 3 in order to develop properly. But you don't get any cramps or urgency to go. I do take it before going to bed and I know it will work by the morning. It takes approximately 8 hrs to slowly go into the digestive system. I am very happy with this item. Some others will give me cramps and sometimes it wouldn't work. To me this a gentle and safe mode to regulate your bowel irregularity. Thank you
