Great product
Really impressed with this item. Great sound, easily transportable, well made and easy connectable. Love the battery life. We have used at our beach, camping and just around the house. If you are looking for a rechargeable bluetooth speaker system, then this is it.

It's ok not as good as I expected
This is an alright Bluetooth speaker. not as good as expected. The 100 watt rating is misleading. That's peak watts which actually doesn't mean anything. It's a fake rating. It's actually 20 watts. It does get loud but it has very little bass. It is well built as far as toughness and the Bluetooth stays connected for a good distance. I guess the biggest knock I have against this speaker is I was given a JBL charge at the same time and there's absolutely no comparison but there shouldn't be. the JBL costs twice as much. It sounds twice as good, has twice as much bass and is twice as loud but it's really not a fair comparison. Unfortunately for Rockville it's what I have to compare it with. It's a pretty good budget speaker. If you want something with premium sound I'd look somewhere else. ... This is an alright Bluetooth speaker. not as good as expected. Good for the price, the Rockville Rockbox pumps out volume for your backyard or tailgate party. It's perhaps the most compact 100-watt (peak power) speakers on the market, weighing in at just 6 pounds with a convenient carrying handle for easy transport. The Rockville Rockbox loses points, however, in the details. It's sound is mid-range forward; you'll need an equalizer to get the bass you want, or you can simply crank the manual bass knob on the top of the unit. Most annoying, though, is the static. In Bluetooth mode, a whistle is present during play, and In Aux mode, white noise is present always. You'll hear the static when playing music softly ... which, to be fair, is not the purpose of this compact beast. I considered returning or exchanging the Rockville Rockbox, but for the ...
