    Salt that's indeed good for you!

    Healthy natural salt, yes, plus other minerals that our bodies need. This is an excellent quality salt at a very good price. This salt has a better flavor than regular table salt and makes the food it is used in more delectable. I use no other salt.

    Healthy Salt???

    Is there a such thing as healthy Salt? No as a rule of thumb I would say false, even though our body's require some sodium. But this salt has not been processed and still has all the minerals in it that processing removes. I'm pleased with it. Thank you!
