I expected a good sound simply because I'd was a Bose product. I didn't however expect this good of a sound from such a small Bluetooth reciever. I cannot express how impressed I am by the punch the speaker provides for $100. I have had several small speakers that I paid a little less for, and have always been disappointed when I first listened to them. I was so happy when this was not the case with this Bose Soundlink Color. Buy one (I got the red one) but any color is worth the price!!

It's a BOSE - what do you expect....exactly what this little compact durable and quality speaker provides. Although we've had several Bose products, including outdoor wired speakers, we've been through a variety of other wireless speakers and never before tried a Bose. What was wrong with us?? We love it for the pool, beach and back porch. And, it's too simple to operate - it's gotta be more difficult, but it's NOT.
