The product delivers what it claims will perform; however the pedometer is not accurate as with any movement of the arm it will record another step and also alter the distance travelled and the calories burnt. The band even though it claims to be latex free did cause an allergic reaction/eczema, but that was easily overcome by purchasing a new metallic band online. Unfortunately, there has been lots of issues getting the Fitbit Versa to pair with the iPhone irrespective of iOS. I was exited when after many failed attempts I managed to pair the Fitbit Versa to the iPhone only to be just as disappointed when it lost connection. I would recommend iPhone users to do a little research online prior to purchasing this item to make an informed decision. I cannot comment on compativility with android devices but I am almost certain it can only be a better experience. The iOS app is user friendly, informative but as with most products most other options cost extra.Read full review

I absolutely love the Versa. It has more features than my Samsung Gear Fit 2 pro did, except it doesn't have the 'find my phone' feature (which would be helpful). But the Versa is far prettier and more comfortable, with more apps available. Great little watch.

I love my watch. I have health issues and not a hardcore exerciser. It’s a great reminder to get up and move. It’s great for tracking heart rate and sleep as well as steps however if you move your arm without walking. Even rolling over in bed, it does calculate steps So it’s Not entirely accurate. I have it linked to other apps and it’s easy to use.
