I love the watches for the price. I have bought several. The one thing I DON'T LIKE about them is the wrist ban. They all come way to large and are made in a way you can't make them shorter. If there is a way, it is not give to the buyers in the package when you receive it. I don't want to have to buy another ban because the ones sent with the watch are very nice looking and I want to use them. So, watch all in all is a great, but let's get better on letting buyers know how to shorten the ban.

Both watches were shipped to me with completely dead batteries. That's not acceptable for a buyer, to have to take to a jewelry store here in town to have them check batteries out, case I couldn't get the back of off the watches. Wilcox Jewery Store charged me $10.00 for a new battery for this watch, when YOU SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THESE OUT BEFORE DOING THEM. NOT Send these out to customers with completely DEAD BATTERIES.

Cables look to be made well although I haven't had time to try them on my equipment yet. Great communication from seller, and much better than USPS! Price point was good, and shipping price fine. After resolved problems on my delivery address because ommission of part of the address I received them yesterday using a Postal Consumer Service with a Request. Ok, item received in good condition, very good price, rapid shipping, item are same was described in offer, seller has good communication and a rapid respond, I sugested to seller in future re-check the address created on shipping label with the address on record system of EBAY.
