The bands arrived, quickly. However, the band pops off, with little effort, when I try to tighten/secure the Fitbit on my wrist. The top band isn't as flush, to the device, as the bottom band. This wasn't an issue, as much, with the original band and I don't know how to resolve it.

I couldn't return item because I paid so little for it and couldn't print return label so I guess I'm keeping it but I don't even have a Fitbit anymore. It's a decent band but I can't really use it. It was larger than I thought but it seems like a nice band.

The band works great and fits my medium to small wrist. With my Charge Fitbit it came with large and a smaller non clasp bands. The clasp side band is exactly what came with my new Charge 4 Fitbit. Now if you have a larger wrist where you have been using the larger band this product may not be for you as you only get the shorter band. The quality is great and I think they come from the same factory Fitbit uses. Great price.

First would like to commend the seller to resolve problem that was NOT their fault. They sent the first item in envelope that was marked "non machinable" well our post office did that and temper glass was shattered. It started as item was over 12 days late, seller sent another, they didn't have to, but did. Today, 3-30, the second one came, undamaged, and many thanks to the seller, !00% satisfied. Maybe in future, there could be a cardboard insert in letter,, FYI
