This product seems fool proof. Day 6 I unplugged all power, to the top, & from the top to the turner to refill water...rookie mistake I was afraid would reset the whole thing to day zero. But no...plugged it all back in, still on day 6 & kept counting. Temp only varies about 3/10 of a degree. Humidity alarm sounds if water level gets too low...also the size is great, ended up with 30 eggs & I can accommodate a dozen &1/2 more.

Received this incubator May 1 and started using it right away. All was well for 22 days..kept accurate temp and seemed like a good incubator. I put 29 duck eggs in to hatch..,.they had been in another incubator for 3 1/2 weeks.I came home from work expecting baby ducks and found the temp had shot up to 127 degrees and cooked all my babies! Contacted the seller, who initially told me the warranty was past. Then changed his mind and did send a refund.No mention of any compensation for dead birds

Nice pool floats, prompt shipping, would recommend seller.
Did not like the Fed Ex delivery. Fed Ex is lazy and left both pool floats (on separate days) where they could be seen from the street, instead of on my porch where they couldn’t be seen. FedEx refuses to take a few extra steps to ensure the package delivery is safe. Also one box was open when I received it. I’m not blaming the seller, I don’t like FedEx. I would recommend shipping with UPS or USPS and not FedEx.
