For the used price, it was actually a really solid laptop, with good performance and features. The condition was very good , except for a few scratches, but that was expected. The one issue I had was with the wifi issues where it would suddenly disappear, but that was easily solved by installing a few Intel wifi drivers. The shipping was pretty average, it got there on time slightly earlier then expected. Except they did have some trouble finding the specific unit.

By all means this is an amazing product for a great price I love this computer so much already and I’ve only had it for a day ! My only complaint is that it took 2 hours for me to connect it to my wireless router in order to have access to the internet. This is not because of any lack of knowledge in computers. It seems that some of the files and software on this laptop were deleted and many of the important folders are still hidden. I don’t know if this is because of the McAfee antivirus software protection on the computer but it took many system restarts and YouTube videos to recode the problem with the internet. All in all it works great and I’m extremely satisfied now that the internet is up and running. Thank you Blinq !!😊
