Console is extremely good: - games are cheaper, then PS4 - no problems with XboxLive GOLD ( PSN is always have problems to connect to it) - upscale to 4K - fast start even from deep sleep - 100-240V compatible - extremely comfort joy (PS4 joy is horrible) - fast work - XBox Live Gold subscription for year is cheaper then PSN subscription - Unique EA service personally for XBox (not available on PS4) - all exclusives on XBox are better then on PS4 PS4 sucks.

I have had it set for several days now and still have not played a single game on it. It needs to be ready to go out of the box. No immediately I had to do a massive update. The first game I installed-10 gb update! Ridiculous. I bought this system to get away from all the d_mn updates. Get enough of this on my PC with Steam, Origin, Uplay, etc. I thought maybe a console system you could just pop in a disc and play. Nope. Got to wait for days to play something. I am not happy about that. I'm sure the system is fantastic, but they need to cater to people with slower internet too. Not everyone has "SUPER HIGH SPEED INTERNET." Oh, my first game finally got done "updating" and guess what? My controller now needs an update. "NO WAY!". A controller? Seriously?

The reason I bought an Xbox over the PS4 is because of the software and Xbox live. Hands down the best system to play online and with friends online. Experience is much better with a mic and the ability to join game groups makes it easy to find matchs and others who are wanting to play together. Only negative Is you have to buy your own mic.

I couldn't be more satisfied. The price was absolutely amazing. The console and controller looks brand new and operates as if bought new. Thank you for this great product.

(Skip down to the pros and cons if you don't want to read details) I've had my xbox 360 since 2011 and let me tell you, this console is a huge step up. Unfortunately I have no been able to play any games yet (I'll get to that in a second) but everything else is marvelous. The setup is a bit more complex than the 360 and takes some getting used to but that's expected. Also, the design is absolutely stunning. I must admit, because I'm so used to the black color of my 360, I was a little skeptical about the white color on this one,but in person it makes the console look very chic. As I mentioned previously, I have not been able to play any games because Battle Field 1 is literally installing 1% every 30+ minutes. I understand that this has to do with game data being larger for next gen consoles but no one wants to wait 1-2 days to use the system for what it was created for. I also tried playing one of my backwards compatible games on disc and that too needed installing. So you can say goodbye to those days of inserting a disc and playing right away. That's really my only complaint. I am currently using a feature called 'Mixer' where you can watch people live stream games and it's extremely laggy, but that's expected with live streams. Overall, if you're looking for an upgrade I would undoubtedly recommend this beauty. Pros: Elegant design, excellent resolution, tons of cool features,comfortable/lightweight controller, does not heat up,very silent compared to my 360 Cons: Slow game installation, 'Mixer' is quite laggy, EVERYTHING needs to be updated (console, controller(s), and every new game you introduce to it)Read full review
