Seller is a fraud. They canceled my order claiming shipping address problem. There is no issue with my shipping address since I get deliveries from UPS, Fed-EX, US Mail, Amazon and others at the address. They did not ask to verify address. They did not honor their listing by not delivering on the merchandise purchased. They have violated eBay policies and no one will take action. There was no communication to resolve the issue just cancel. Never buy from this company they are a FRAUD.

Tool set (14 pieces) was inadequately packaged. It arrived with one end split open and two pieces missing. Seller ignored my first message explaining the situation and asking that he make good the two missing pieces. After my second message he offered to refund 20% of my purchase price, that was his only offering. So, I have an incomplete tool set and he's out a few bucks. Lose/lose. Don't do business with this guy, I won't be.
