The seller shipped very quickly. It was packaged very well and it was very well protected. Loved the the piece but unfortunately when I placed it down on my counter after I cleaned it, it broke at the joint. I didn't place it down hard but somehow it broke. This happened before I could even use it so I can't comment on how it performs. This was not the fault of the seller so I still rate the seller highly as my purchase experience with this seller for this and other items has been excellent.
