This is just my experience but, the item never arrived and, when I contacted the seller, they blamed it on the weather, which I found reasonable. Seller then offered to resend the item and I explicitly asked them to resend it. To my surprise, the order was canceled the next day and they issued a refund. Fair enough. So, I tried to reorder the item again just to find out that the price had been increased by 56%. Coincidence? I don't know.
