The packaged arrived and the item defective due to most likely The shipping carrier rough handling of it. I am leaving positive feed back as I contacted Foxwell with the issue I was having with the camera. They checked it out and contacted me that it was bad most likely due to the above reason and were refunding me. I appreciate good Ebayer companies that don't give hassle on bad products.
