Packaged and appears as new. Had to use it the first day after I had a transfer switch installed. Ran for 2 or 3 hours to run a fridge, freezer and a few lights at between 200-1200 watts and was down to 88% of the 3.6 kw capacity. No problems so far. Activated warranty on Ecoflow website. Shipping took two weeks due to being out of stock, which I was NOT notified of. They compensated with a free picnic blanket/ mat or an insulated cup, I chose the mat which seems well made.

Was skeptical at first but after receiving generator and solar panel and after seeing the condition, I was satisfied. Generator has minor scuffs but in all, still brand new with factory stickers on and packaging. For it being a refurbished item, cant complain. Solar panel was new right out the box with all packaging still intact.

I ordered the EcoFlow Delta Pro Solar Generator and took advantage of the cost savings going with a refurbished unit and I was not disappointed. The Delta Pro was like new as advertised. I did have a problem with the solar panel and found the 400 watt panel was damaged. Ecoflowdirect promptly sent me a return label and once my return was received a replacement was shipped to me and received four days later. Great product and great customer experience. I plan to add on to my system and use eBay.
