Verified purchase
After receiving another order of 1 unit of Rapid Point 500 in non-working condition, we requested the seller to cancel this order of 5 units as we assumed the condition would be the same. Seller refused to cancel and stated that we purchased the units in as-is condition so we could not cancel. Additionally as this point it is now almost 2 weeks since we made the purchase and the seller still did not ship the order anyway and still would not cancel. Thank you to Ebay for stepping in and assisting

Be aware of this buyer. Negative all the way. Flip flops on deals. Lost almost $700. We clearly stated in our listing that we are selling these AS-IS with no guaranties as we don't have the expertise to test these and that is why we sold it at 1/5 of its actual price. Made us palletize all 5 units which took some time and then he came up with a lame excuse since he probably lost his buyers and wanted to cancel. Arranged for shipping on time as promised and shipped then we had to take it back.
