I'll admit I don't usually wright my reviews in advance of receiving my product. However, over the past six months I have ed scouring Ebay and purchasing Solar Generators. All top line name brands. They proved to work as expected but my prior Ecoflow purchased product the Delta Mini far exceeded my expectation for performance. The other generators all had little flaws in performance that were deal breakers for me. (running out of room). Truth is you can't go wrong in buying from Ecoflow. ~Ron~

I ordered the EcoFlow Delta Pro Solar Generator and took advantage of the cost savings going with a refurbished unit and I was not disappointed. The Delta Pro was like new as advertised. I did have a problem with the solar panel and found the 400 watt panel was damaged. Ecoflowdirect promptly sent me a return label and once my return was received a replacement was shipped to me and received four days later. Great product and great customer experience. I plan to add on to my system and use eBay.
