I higly recommend this store. My paper shredder arrived sooner than expected. We'll packaged in their original retail box, with manual and no signs of wear. I would said it was used once or twice because it has a bit of paper residue in the container, but I can figure out that it was for testing purposes only, as there were no signs of damages or scuff, or tear. I'm really pleased with the product and this store. Definitely saving the store, and looking fw for future bussines with them. Thanks!
