There was a delay on the equipment but the issue was resolved. They tried to resolved the issue by sending a different item but was not what I could use. Will give them a A for effort. Over all am satisfied with service so far.

Some of the Evaporator Coil Fins were bent. Pre-existing, Packing was not damaged, not enough to impact performance, still a bummer. All in all, everything works as intended so far.

Greetings buyer, the small fins on HVAC coils are extremely malleable and as such some fins can even be bent during the manufacturing process. It is very common and a few bent fins will not affect system performance. While it's cosmetic only in nature, you or your tech can always comb them out to be straight using a fin comb. Furnace, evaporator and condenser were all as described. Furnace is installed and operating flawlessly. Excellent pricing and quick shipping. Although advertised as “open box”, there was no indication the equipment had been opened or damaged in any way. The condenser was manufactured in 2022 and has a SEER 1 rating, thus the discounted price and the northern only states requirement. Although manufactured by International Comfort Products, equipment is tagged ACiQ. Would buy again if needed.

Greatest service! These guys helped schedule the delivery around my availability, and it was dropped off by lift gate in my garage. Superb packing. A crate inside a box wrapped in plastic. Not one mark on anything, perfect condition. The people who packed this deserve a pat on the back. I had a small issue with a handle on the stove and they responded immediately to get me a part to fix it. GREAT seller, I highly reccomend.
