    Excellent camcorder. Easy to use, very compact and high quality

    I've traditionally been a miniDV guy, because I tend to like having the tapes as backups. However, this solid-state memory camcorder has made me change my mind. I also much prefer the flash memory camcorders over the hard drive camcorders because of all the moving parts involved with hard drive camcorders and how many hard drives I've seen crash over the years. That being said, the features on this camcorder are easy to understand and easy to use. I enjoy the automatic GPS tagging, golf shot and slow motion mode. The other feature that I really like is the ability to take still photos while shooting video and the shutter smile feature as well. Overall, I'm extremely happy. I use Final Cut Pro X on Mac for editing and this camcorder works very well with it.

    Overall, good Value for the money

    For the amount of money I paid i got a good product. It is user friendly (once you get used to it!) picture and sound quality is awesome. Although the battery life is good, i got an extra (larger) battery. I like this product mostly because it is very compact and it uses memory chips not internal disks (it also comes with external memory). This is probably the only camcorder that has good quality slow motion capability. I wish it could take more than 60 F/S and for longer than 5 Seconds.

    Eceptional product.

    My previous Sony Handycam delivered excellent for more than 10 years. Another Sony just made sense to me and so far, this one has been just as outstanding. I'm very pleased with the video quality and ease of use. I would purchase it again.

    Package content missing

    The package came only with the camera, AC adapter and a Case. No cables or manual was included. I found the manual online. For that price for a used camera, I expected to have at least 1 USB cable to upload video. The factory original comes with 3 cables: 1-USB 1-Mini HDMI 1-Audio Visual
