The transaction was very good, I would definitely do business with them again. The incubator is as described and works well. It was packaged well beyond my expectations and I was very impressed. It arrived in short order and I was notified of the shipment the whole time. The unit was cleaned and is absent dents, scratches, and stains. I do wish it came with a manual but was able to download one online after searching multiple sites and contacting the manufacturer. Overall it was very positive.
