    Solid Bench

    This is a solid step bench. I've had one just like it literally for almost 2 decades and I bought this one mostly to get the risers since they're a fit for my old one and I was long overdue for an upgrade, but also because my son was wanting us to get a spare so he could use one at the same time as me. Be aware that this is a compact bench designed for use in gyms during step classes so it doesn't feature the full length of other benches, but it does the job just fine. I love it and, honestly, I rather suspect benches like this one last a lifetime.

    "Good knees & legs strengthener"

    I am very pleased with my Fitness Exercise Aerobic Step with the risers. I have had two knee replacements and went to therapy after my operations to help my knees get stronger so I can go up and downstairs easier. They had this exact exerciser step w/ the risers there and it helped a lot for my knees. So I bought this one and it is exactly the same thing at the physical therapy rehab. I do recommend this for anyone like in my predicament or anyone who just needs to or wants to strengthen and keep fit. It's very good for the knees and legs. It's not to big and it is not heavy to move around if you want to. I keep mine in the living room with my exercise bike. Awesome thing to have. It helps me out a lot and I love it!

    Aerobic Stepper

    This is a good quality stepper for a reasonable price. It is wide enough for my whole foot, which the old stepper I had was not. It has 3 different height levels. I have been using it and it is excellent for my step aerobic videos. It is well made and I suspect that it will last me for years.

    Half step into house

    I am using it as a half step into my house for spouse with mobility issue. It is wider than an actual 1/2 step on the market. It's working like a charm.
