Not all metal, large drive gear is plastic.Also this is a bad design if you want to run flexible or soft filament. There is about a 1/4 gap between the filament drive gears and the filament hole where the filament can bend and cause feeding issues. Lastly not an issue for me but maybe for some. You get a bunch of disassembled parts, no diagram or instructions on how it goes together.
