Great Little Battery Maintainer
I have a couple of vehicles with batteries that generally sit over winter without activity and wanted a battery maintainer to extend their life. When I saw these, I bought two because not only do they maintain a battery at a full charge but they will also charge one that is slightly discharged. I have two others that I purchased locally and they will not charge, only maintain and that can be a disadvantage but these work well. The clips are not quite as heavy as I would like but then I didn't pay what a heavy set of clips would cost either. The only real negative that I have found with them is that the electrical plug is too short, only about 2-3 feet and it would have been nice not to have to get an extension cord to power them. Do yourself a favor and buy a better quality Trickle Charger. I used this charger 1 time for 1 hour to make sure it was working.... went to put it on my lawn mower battery the next day, it would not work anymore. The led would flicker for 1/2 a second then go out. Followed instructions exactly. It is very light, i think 2 feathers would weigh more. Cord is way to short, need to be about 4ft from the electrical outlet. It is Junk! Save yourself the Hassle and Money, buy a better quality Trickle charger.Do yourself a favor and buy a better quality Trickle Charger. This is an awesome bargain! Well, maiden works perfectly!
This battery charger is a bargain! It works extremely well. I bought one for the boat and it’s doing perfectly! So before the cold weather head about two more for our cars and hit everything on trickle charge during that really almost 0° weather we had everything stayed charged, and I did not lose a single battery this winter so far! I highly recommend it!

Simple and does the job
I used this to keep a 12v SLA battery conditioned and charged. This is for a vehicle that sits about 9 months out of the year. So far, it seems to work fine and charged my dead battery enough to get it started overnight. I'll leave it on when the vehicle is not in use for an extended time.

my trickle charger
I bought this charger to keep my battery charged during the months I won't be cutting my grass (November-March). So far I haven't had to use it, but I expect it to help greatly keeping my battery charged. My only problem is I have my mower in a metal shed with only 2 electrical outlets that I made, and the charger's power cord is too short and I will have to use an extension cord. (But that shouldn't be a problem as I seldom work in my shed in winter months.I bought this charger to keep my battery charged during the months I won't be cutting my grass (November-March).
