The business was nice and easy to work with- product exactly as described. I purchased an instrument from another vendor that required these sample tubes. The unit arrived completely inoperable and I had to return it- leaving me with these tubes I could not use. The inoperable unit was from another vendor, not this vendor to further confirm. I communicated this catastrophe to this business and they offered a return without a problem. Which was great. They could've said no.
