Item arrived in a very beat up box, heavy scuff marks all over the frame, bent front tongs, and missing a slew of small but critical parts for assembly. It took a lot of back and forth with the seller to get a resolution; I'm rating this purchase experience as positive ONLY because in the end the seller agreed to refund the full purchase price without having to return the item - mainly due to the fact the box was literally coming apart and in no condition for shipping.

Nice tub
Very nice tub. They supply lines provided for hot and cold water leaked. But the tub is really nice and I highly suggest it.

Faucet leaks BAD
Tub is great. However faucet is spraying water everywhere from the fittings despite using Teflon tape. Contacted sell for replacement faucet- haven’t heard back
