Attentive and helpful customer service! Hutch was very well packaged, arrived very quickly and was quasi-easy to assemble. Definitely need 4 hands and some healthy screwdriver stamina 🤣 FYI: Just be cautious about the use of “fir wood” as it is listed in the toxic wood and oils categories concerning most pets and captives (opossums, etc) because of its oil toxicity and potential for liver (ingested) and neurological (inhaled) damage. Just do your homework.

Awesome price, great quality, and our rabbit really loves it. Only other thing I might see is putting wheels on it makes it a little more mobile but still great without the wheels
