    Worked great to solve grinding noise on my GE dryer

    My dryer was making a grinding noise from the back of the dryer. This kit was 10 times less expensive than the OEM rear drum bearing kit that I found on appliance parts websites. It was fairly easy to install (the hardest parts were having a torx wrench and knowing how to route the drive belt to uninstall and reinstall the dryer drum - both easy with a little preparation). The dryer now runs nice and quietly. Thank you!

    A good Kit with what you need for older GE dryers

    Everything worked great, and eliminated an annoying squeak from the dryer. The parts all lined up. The one exception was that the static bar/spring mounted different from the one I removed. But the new one worked well once I read the instructions and saw the mounting from the enclosed illustration. I might have an older dryer model.

    Not exactly the same.

    Not exactly the same. The picture shows the original and this one. The one on the right with the slot for blocking shim. The one on the left is without the slot. Which can not install the shim. It still works but not correct. This case I reused the old sleeve.
