This was my second order from this seller, to complement my Servo. Well-packed with some assembly required (basket and arms). Actual height without arms extended is closer to 31.5 inches. As I was attaching the arms, I noticed that there were tiny pieces of Velcro attached so that they could remain in place if you want didn't want to extend them. Immediately after thinking that, a nasally voice in my head quipped, "Or do you mean, 'VelCroooow?'" That's how good this replica is. Buy it now!
