Item did not arrive on the date it was suppose to arrive according to shipping website and UPS website. Item arrived in shipping crate and was packaged really good. After getting it setup, the key to power the laser was split in half. I sent a message to seller and 24 hrs later the reply was not very helpful. Although I did get it working sort of, I dont think the machine was tested like the site says. Ill manage with it. I was not completely happy with my product..
