    It Helps

    Unless you have three hands, you need one of these. It is a simple device and is far from perfect but it helps. I had to file the end down a bit so it could fit into my revolver nipples. Caps sometimes fall out and there is a little technique required.

    better than all thumbs

    If you're placing caps on a black powder revolver cylinder with the cylinder installed in the frame, this device is useful. its not perfect, but it helps get the caps in there. however, the mechanism could be refined. its not always easy to slip the cap off, and sometimes the next cap will just fall out behind the one you just put on. I've come to the conclusion it's less trouble overall to just remove the cylinder from the frame and use my fingers to place the caps and keepers. kinda defeats the whole purpose of this thing, but I still keep it in the bag of tricks just in case.

    Good value for the money however it needs a little tweaking because when you push the cap forward and attempt to put it on the nipple it will most of the time Fallout before you can apply to nipple has to have some bending...

    love it

    At first I was having problems loading this. Then I read the instructions and it was easy to load. Place cap on the gun and away we went. This is so nice. I have fat fingers and them little #11 caps are so hard to handle. This makes it a dream.
