WE GAVE HIM FULL REFUND. and he is going to revise his feedback. he took the unit out of usa and he could not bring it back so when i offered him to replace it, they said they could not do it so i have to give their all money back and also they kept the unit for free. this is why we no longer sell to the people who is using shipping forwarding company
