Great book that describes what happens in our bodies when we eat food. Motivating to stick to the good-for-me foods when i actually recognize the effects. I feel great, have super duper energy, loss that bloated feeling, loss 10 pounds though didnt try this for weight loss. My face isnt all puffy. Joints improved 50% in a week. I have been eating like this for a few weeks , although i cheat here n there. But the yucky sluggish feeling i get isnt worth it so i go back to foods that make me feel great. Getting so much stuff cleaned at home from the energy! This is a book that describes the physiological aspect of food consumption and its health or risks associated with it. It includes what to eat/ avoid for specific problems.

Want to make a BIG difference in how you feel everyday, have food sensitivities/allergies - then this book is for you! Love the easy layout of this book, A-Z reference type. The back pages give an easy quick look up of foods, herbs, supplements, etc. Symptoms/diseases/conditions, if you can kind of spell it, you will find it and the possibly reasons why your system reacts and feels the way it does. Moms tell us - you are what you eat! - and yes, moms are right. Before you a craving gets the best of you, look up the food you are consuming. The surprise might be that what you are craving is on your avoid list, try it. Remember the longest journey starts with the first step, and this book keeps the path open ahead to a better feeling you. This reference book makes eating right for your type easy to understand, complete and comprehensive when the mysteries of "why do I feel lousy" require action. I found that a minimum of six weeks consuming what is neutral or beneficial on your blood type list will result in a BIG difference in how you feel about yourself, your health, and how life is moving along in general. I read more labels and truely chose not to consume things that are not on my list. The difference is remarkable. The reference book makes it very easy. I found this book to be very informative. The eat right 4 your type has already proven itself in both mine & my husbands lives. Not that anything is 100% perfect, but this is excellent. This particular book takes it even a step further to help you know what herbs & alternative type supplements work right with your blood type. (the first one was about food for your blood type) I would highly recomment this book to anyone who is tired of all the side affects of pharmeceuticals, & wants to take control of their health. Who better to make decisions about your health than you? This will help you make informed decisions. I found nothing that I didn't like about the book. I had previously purchased Eat Right 4 Your Type (food book) This is more indepth & takes it to a higher level.
