Great book that describes what happens in our bodies when we eat food. Motivating to stick to the good-for-me foods when i actually recognize the effects. I feel great, have super duper energy, loss that bloated feeling, loss 10 pounds though didnt try this for weight loss. My face isnt all puffy. Joints improved 50% in a week. I have been eating like this for a few weeks , although i cheat here n there. But the yucky sluggish feeling i get isnt worth it so i go back to foods that make me feel great. Getting so much stuff cleaned at home from the energy! This is a book that describes the physiological aspect of food consumption and its health or risks associated with it. it is a HUGE book. i don't have time right now to read it all. i am looking for something specific and with no index i saw, it will take me some time to find it. i do, however, think it will be beneficial to me when i can find what i am after. pleased with the book !

I found this book to be very informative. The eat right 4 your type has already proven itself in both mine & my husbands lives. Not that anything is 100% perfect, but this is excellent. This particular book takes it even a step further to help you know what herbs & alternative type supplements work right with your blood type. (the first one was about food for your blood type) I would highly recomment this book to anyone who is tired of all the side affects of pharmeceuticals, & wants to take control of their health. Who better to make decisions about your health than you? This will help you make informed decisions. I found nothing that I didn't like about the book. I had previously purchased Eat Right 4 Your Type (food book) This is more indepth & takes it to a higher level.
