I can't recommend this seller enough! I ordered 10 orange isopods plus some springtails. When the package arrived there were no springtails. I reached out to the seller who promptly apologized and immediately offered to ship some replacement springtails. When I got the replacement I saw that not only did the seller send the springtails, they also sent me some extra isopods! I am super grateful for the excellent service and communication. By the way, they all arrived alive and healthy :)

The isopods were packaged well and shipped faster than expected, unfortunately none of them survived the trip. After notifying the seller about the DOAs I was offered a refund. The order arrived earlier than anticipated, and I cannot complain about the condition they arrived in. The packaging, especially considering I purchased the "ADD ON ONLY - UniHeat Jumbo Shipping Heat Pack 72 hours or Insulation Stuffing" was amply insulating, warm and protective. The isopods were a bit sleepy when I arrived, but soon after introduction to their terrarium they integrated quickly.
