It's a shame the beautiful item showed up with one arm broken and the arm loose in the box. Packing job was optimistic about the care-level of shippers. The item is heavy and probably didn't need much force to shear the weld. I lay most of the blame on the USPS, who probably dropped, based on the arm-cup-shaped dent in inside of the box. I'm not inclined to leave negative feedback for a baby seller, esp under the described circumstances. Instead, 5-stars all around.
