Unfortunately, the company had already shipped the product in a very timely manner. I requested a return and they (because of shipping costs I presume) told me to just keep the product and that they would offer a full refund. Thanks, time will tell if they hold up; Looks great. However package was straped to the back of a turtle to get to fedex (4 days?) and then fedex straped the package to a snail ( 6 more days?). Package arrived late. Zero stars on shipping. Good communication as seller undated location of item. Thanks again, just slow shipping.
