So, it wasn't until after I took this one out of the box that I realized it was simply a slightly upgraded version of the one I had for about 8-10 years. It works well, and has gotten up a lot of dirt that was embedded in our carpet. It looks easy to clean. It has all the attachments you need. The only improvements I would make would be to add a second wand attachment for high places and to minimize bending; and more importantly, the cord could be a little longer. An extra 2-5 feet would have been great.

Nice looking. Swivel option is ok, but strange to use after never having it. Dirt cup empties easily. But......I can barely push it around! I thought it was me, but my 45 yr old son says the same. It's heavy and very hard to push around on carpet. If you set it at the highest level, I doubt it sucks up much hair or dirt. I'm very dissapointed. Now I'm stuck with it and its quite a chore to use. Five thumbs down on this one.

I love this vacuum. It performs well, the retractable cord is so easy to use. It empties easily. I especially love the swivel feature as it makes the vacuum head easy to maneuver around furniture and along walls. I'm so happy with the Bissel vacuum. This Vacume pulled more dirt out of the carpet than my old Bissell which has 2 more amps than this one. I don’t particularly care the position of the rewind of the cord but thats no biggie Would recommend this Vacume as I am the cleaning lady at a local dance hall with a carpet stage and meeting room wish I had pictures to show
