I purchased a new pair of Taillight Assembly's for my 2008 Lexus RX350. While unpackaging it, it appeared to have a broken lens inside one of the lights. Due to the look of the box I believed this was a shipping drop issues not a supplier issue. I sent a email to a-plusshop (supplier) and 1 explained the issue and sent some pictures. After them verifying all my information, they sent out a new one that next day. This was a great experience and out come. The taillights look great!!!!!
