When I purchased this item it was advertised @ £2348.10 but when I checked my account £2465.68 was taken I emailed the seller & he said it’s eBay who has taken the extra not them & refused to sort it
Product is ok but because of the extra that was taken I would not deal with them again

How can we deduct this amount from your card? Yo paid eBay, and eBay paid us only 1,873.12 GBP. The remaining were the fees and other charges deducted and after that, we got this 1,873.12 GBP.
You have given negative feedback to us not to eBay. This is affecting the seller ID, not eBay. I am requesting you remove the feedback and ask eBay why they charged £2465.68 instead of £2348.10.
