Do NOT purchase the “open box” sonic pad. This is not refurbished nor QC’d. the one I purchased was covered in scratches and would not power on. I have requested a return and emailed them directly. NO RESPONSE on the return in over 24hrs. Don’t roll the dice, just purchase the item at full price from a credible dealer. Really disappointing for what is supposedly shipped directly from Creality

Item as described and pictured, BUT the one we received was not very well looked at in the refurbish process. It came with broken components. It did arrive in the original box and all packing material was correct. The seller sent a return shipping label. We returned it and they refunded the full price. They offered to refund us the difference of another purchase at current price if we decided to buy another one.

I 3 refurbs! Packed well in a factory box and shipped quickly. Factory checked over, and it all works out of the box. Very little tweaking and it makes good prints. Plus full warranty!
