Seller was reasonable is the price. Quick communication. Shipping was priced cheaper than most sellers on eBay selling the same printer. Product was well packaged...it was actually difficult to remove from the box as they sprayed some sort of foam to engulf/protect the printer while in transit. I appreciated the effort, but it was harder to get out of the box. That said, printer arrived safe and sound. What is included in the photo is exactly what was received. Thank you!
