The chair is great. However Fedex must have dropped the package a few times because the box was mashed up and when I opened the box one of the pins for the leg pivot was broke more than likely from Fedex dropping it. I went ahead and fixed it because I wanted to use it the next day. I'm happy with the chair but Fedex should be more careful...And they delivered it and said nothing. Oh well....Like I said..the chair is great, I love it.
