Item was just as listed and delivery was on-time. Fed-ex gave excellent tracking updates, and the information was accurate. The generator was assembled with the exception of the wheels and handle for moving the generator. Hooked the wires for the electric starter together(plugs together), FILLED ENGINE WITH OIL, put gas in the gas tank, hit the starter switch and it fired right up without a hiccup. I recommend this item
