This is a surprisingly high quality optical instrument, very well made, it weighs a ton so is very stable. The single arm allows range of huge movement for whatever task. Bought for watch repair, but great for any intricate work or hobbies. The zoom is smooth and both eyepeices track focus very well. LED ring light is adjustable, yet does not leave hot spots on the work work. I'm very impressed ( speaking as a retired camera / optics enginner)
