I contacted the seller to cancel the transaction before the item was shipped because I didn't realize there was an ingredient in the product that I'm allergic to. I got no response whatsoever. Ebay recommends contacting the seller to try to work something out & I did that & it did no good. A picture of the nutrition label wasn't included & I never thought about it until I looked on the Manna website & realized it, so I sent a message right away & it was ignored. Sorry- bad customer service.
