I never heard from seller until a week after the purchase when I asked for tracking or a refund. I received 3 messages at that time. 1. Got a tracking number. 2. Got a message there was a problem with product and it was returned to factory. 3. Purchase price refunded.
The tracking was through FedEx and was fake. I don’t know how they did it, but it showed package moving thru FedEx network and even showed delivered to my house.

This shows delivered Feb 26. IT NEVER GOT HERE! Seller put incorrect address on shipping package, so FED EX delivered it somewhere else. Fed EX would not tell me where it was delivered. Seller did not even ship the item for 2 weeks! Seller refunded money, but in all honesty, AVOID HER LIKE THE PLAGUE! Check her feedback! It is low for a reason@!

I was given a tracking number who belonged to another customer. Needless to say, yes the item was delivered to someone else but not to me. I was given a refund after I reached out to the seller asking several questions pertaining to my order which none of my questions were ever answered. The seller did reply saying the product was defective and was sent back to the manufacturer. However, the ad was and still is active for the same product by the same seller. Very disappointing!
